SRI Eunoia Review: Does It Help Manage Everyday Stress?

I’ve been on a health and fitness journey for the last three years, with the deadline for most of my goals being my upcoming 50th birthday. I’ve also learned that it’s the last leg of any journey that’s the hardest, and as a purpose-driven man, I knew I needed an edge to this stretch run.
When the chance to partner with SRI Wellness to review Eunoia entered my orbit, I decided to take a closer look. I was running five days a week, pumping iron three days a week, and pushing hard on several career goals. On their own, each set of challenges was manageable, but deep down I knew that combined they were wearing me down.
I was already on the hunt for a supplement that could help me manage the stress attack I was under. Eunoia ended up having benefits in both the short-term and beyond. To understand why, we're going to take a closer look at its ingredients and what I experienced over 30 days.
Why I Decided to Try Eunoia
I’ve worked with a wide range of supplement companies before and honestly stopped because they always demanded that I write a biased review. My integrity means a lot to me. I found it immensely refreshing that SRI Wellness was happy to let me write an honest review, based on my real-life experience using their Eunoia stress support supplement.
My self-care and fitness routine already have me tracking a lot of metrics in my life. So, it was easy to fit Eunoia into what I’m already doing to see how it influenced my performance over time.
I’m not one of those dudes who’s packing it in because he’s pushing 50. I still pump iron three days a week, run five days a week, and take on physically challenging adventures. All while tackling the everyday stresses of running my own freelance writing company and being a single father. So, I’m no stranger to stress and how it affects every facet of my life.
In this phase of my training, I’m cutting calories and dropping fat. This has led to some trouble staying asleep in the early morning hours.
First Impressions of Eunoia
I was impressed with Eunoia’s packaging. In my marketing career, I’ve learned that companies that cut corners start with simple, boring packaging. Eunoia has a two-part box with a gloss finish, gold foil, and informative QR codes.

Then I took a closer look at the ingredients list, which looks legit, without any of the trendy fillers you sometimes find with lesser supplements.
KSM-66 Ashwagandha
Ashwagandha is an adaptogen, an herb traditionally used to help the body cope with physical and mental stress. Plenty of people associate it with feeling calmer and sleeping better with consistent use, and that tracked with my own experience.
The thing worth noting here is the KSM-66. This designation means that SRI Wellness is strictly using ashwagandha root, extracted using green-chemistry without the use of harsh chemical solvents. Not only does this increase the effective potency, it also ensures there aren’t lesser fillers from the leaves or stems of the plant.
L-Theanine
Technically, L-Theanine is a non-protein amino acid found in green tea. It can cross the blood-brain barrier and interact with neurotransmitters like GABA. I’m a big GABA guy for sleep quality, so it was a definite plus in my book.
Passionflower and Chamomile
Chamomile and passionflower are common ingredients in mood-calming herbal teas to help calm the nervous system and support better sleep. I also like the fact that SRI uses potent extracts rather than simple powders, which speaks to their approach to formulation.
Magnesium Glycinate
I purposely saved magnesium glycinate for last because I think it brings as much to the stress-relief party as the ashwagandha. The National Institutes of Health notes many Americans consume less magnesium than recommended. This matters to my training since magnesium plays a role in muscle recovery and nerve function, two things I pay close attention to given how much I'm training right now.
In my case, the blood sugar connection is important, which is something we’ll dive into a little deeper in a bit. The glycine component is also nice, since it's associated with lowering core body temperature and supporting sleep, which was something I discovered mattered to me more than I realized.
How I Tracked It
Adding Eunoia to my routine was pretty easy. I already keep a detailed wellness log that tracks my other supplements, workout, diet, mental health regimen, and everyday stress levels.
Other Supplements

I also take zinc and Vitamin D3 daily to help maintain my natural testosterone levels, maintain muscle mass, and support prostate health. They don’t interfere with Eunoia’s active ingredients.
Timing and Diet Considerations
I started out taking Eunoia in the morning with a high-protein breakfast, because that’s my usual routine. I make a double-egg breakfast burrito after the morning workout, pop my supplements, and listen to my AI assistant Giovanni rattle off my to-do list.
However, I pivoted about 10 days in and started taking Eunoia before bed. This had some notable benefits.
The First 10 Days
The first week I started taking Eunoia, I didn’t notice much. The first two days I woke up before my alarm feeling refreshed, but I think that was more of a coincidence.
Then I took on a major work project, and I started hitting the 4x100 sprints harder. I know my body pretty well. My cortisol levels were up, and my blood sugar was low.
I noticed myself waking up frequently around 5:00 am. Starving and trying to force myself back to sleep. Getting up painfully early, when I didn’t need to, was only making things worse.
It dawned on me that a lot of the ingredients in Eunoia can benefit sleep quality. So, I decided to switch up the timing, while keeping the rest of the details the same.
Taking Eunoia in the Evenings
I decided to start taking Eunoia roughly two hours before going to bed. This gives time for the ashwagandha, magnesium glycinate, and L-Theanine to be absorbed into my bloodstream, as I relax toward bedtime.
Part of my daily wellness routine includes 10 minutes of gratitude journaling before bed. The idea is that by writing about the things you’re thankful for at the end of your day, you move your mindset away from the sort of negative ruminating spirals of early insomnia.
Now I’m not going to tell you that with the Eunoia on board I was blasted with warm fuzzy feelings, as I fell asleep dreaming about butterflies and rainbows. I did, however, find it easier to lean into the sense of gratitude, and away from the stress of the monster project I was working on. And that did matter.
Sleep Quality and Stress Management Improved
I felt that taking Eunoia in the evening helped me settle down before bed, which made it easier to fall asleep. All without the sedated feeling that I’d get if I took a capful of an OTC sleep-aid medication.
For me, the most important thing was that I stopped waking up at 5:00 am. Sometimes my eyes would open, or I’d have to go to the bathroom like a middle-aged man. Then, I could fall back asleep again, even though my blood sugar levels were clearly low.
This on its own has a game-changing effect in stress relief. I felt calmer overall, and that seemed to translate into better sleep. Then I’d get up and not be quite so irritable. My dog would probably also tell you that I cussed him out less on the morning run when he’d try to bound off after a rabbit or make me break stride when he was on leash.
Who I Think Eunoia Is Best For
I’m not going to give you the generic line about how Eunoia is for everyone, but I think anyone could appreciate it. From my experience, I’d say it has the most benefit for people who are in high-stress situations at work or juggling a lot at home.
I also think it secretly has a niche for people who are trying to lose weight and it’s affecting their sleep quality. The calming, adaptogenic qualities of Ashwagandha might be worth exploring if you're in a caloric deficit and notice it's affecting your stress levels or sleep.
Final Thoughts

When I was an amateur bodybuilder and semi-pro athlete in my 20s, I worked with a few different supplement companies. I’ve tested enough products over the years to know most will eventually disappear from my routine. Honestly, I think Eunoia is one of the few I’ll keep using.
I still have big goals on my horizon after this, and I know sleep quality and stress management will play a key role in my future wellness routine.
Just bear in mind the ashwagandha doesn’t deliver immediate, dramatic effects. It takes time to saturate your system. In the shorter-term, magnesium and other ingredients promote sleep quality, which simultaneously also helps the body manage stress. So, Eunoia offers dual value in one supplement.
